The rights of Founder-type NFTs are the following:

• Protagonist in the comic at different levels; we will ask for your photo, and you will be the face of a character
• Transfer of 1 NFT from the Brotherhood of the Key (Only Protagonists and Secondaries)
• Transfer of 1 NFT of Character Poster
• Physical copy of Extraction Code: I.F.R.I.T. at time of print release (Q4 2022 - Only Protagonists and Secondaries)
• Physical copy of Marauders' Diaries - The Comic at the time of print release (Q1 2025)
• Physical copy of I.F.R.I.T. Black Box - The Comic at the time of print release (Q1 2025)
• Physical copy of Science Logs - The Comic at time of print release (Q1 2025)
• Physical copy of Cult of Papsukkal - The Comic at time of print release (Q1 2025)
• To waive receiving the physical copies, if you so wish

The rights of this NFT can be transferred to another person, as long as it is of the same gender and age range (adult or child/teenager) corresponding to the character to be represented. In other words, the NFT can be purchased by one person, but its rights given to someone else as a gift.
If the Founder-type NFT is sold, the buyer will only acquire the rights to the physical copies.
The original purchaser will not lose such rights upon sale. The costs of production and shipping will be borne by FZ Ideas, the recipient being responsible for any procedure or tax at their place of destination.

Once the auction is over, the buyer must provide without delay:

• A series of photos to the FZ Ideas team to begin work in preparation for the release of Season 1
• In due time, the shipping address for physical copies

The only instance to acquire Founder type NFTs will be in Pre-Launch.

Commemorative NFTs will be issued only at the beginning of the project. The following amount will be issued, of the following content:

• 5 Marauders' Diaries NFTs
• 5 I.F.R.I.T. Black Box NFTs
• 5 Science Logs NFTs
• 5 Cult of Papsukkal NFTs

As a single issue item at project launch, the following will have value under these concepts:

• Symbolic, being the part of the project kick-off
• Catalyst, as it acts as a multiplier (x2) of the value of your vote in the Brotherhood of the Key
• Economic, accessing the Royalty Distribution Fund as detailed in NFT Valuation

By selling these NFTs, you will transfer the rights to the new owner. The only instance to acquire Commemorative type NFTs will be in Pre-Launch.

Collectible type NFTs will be issued at the mint of the monthly chapter in each season.
They do not pursue a purpose of voting power or privileges in the project, but are fully artistic and collectible. They will be issued as follows:

• Character Poster: Unique, issued prior to the release of Season 1, and directly transferred to the holder of their Founder-type NFT
• Color Vignette: 5 copies issued for each chapter, an iconic picture of it, in color
• Chapter: 6 copies issued for each chapter, 5 will go on sale, 1 will remain with the team

Brotherhood of the Key type NFTs will be issued at the mint of the monthly chapter each season. The emission of the same is reduced to one per chapter, increasing its rarity and value as WOOP appreciates. The mechanisms and benefits of being part of the Brotherhood of the Key can be found in detail in the Brotherhood of the Key section. Simplified, the features are:

• Access to private group: Access the private group of the Brotherhood, to exercise your rights as part of it and have direct and priority contact with FZ Ideas
• Voting power: As the narrative is non-linear, chapter after chapter (from chapter 5), you will be able to vote which storyline will be published next, taking the reins and being able to have weight over what parts of the story you want to reveal first
• Passive Annual Income: If you own Commemorative NFTs in addition to holding Brotherhood of the Key NFTs, you will be able to access the Royalty Distribution Fund as detailed in NFT valuation, as well as doubling the weight of your vote

By selling these NFTs, you will transfer the rights to their new owner.
