Decision power value

By obtaining Keys from the Brotherhood of the Key, you will have representative power to choose in what order the chapters of each Season will be published, and therefore, how everyone will experience the Norilsk Incident storyline.

Material and economic value

The holders of the Founder NFTs may claim physical copies of Extraction: I.F.R.I.T. and Norilsk Incident once released in paperback format. If you are a holder of Commemorative NFTs in combination with Keys from the Brotherhood of the Key, you access the Royalty Distribution Pool.

Benefits and value map

By acquiring the NFTs of the project, you will be able to access multiple benefits, each one of them described below, its type of value and valuation plan.

FOUNDER NFT

  • Artistic: The value in this field is double, by itself as art, and for the NFT Character Poster which the owher has the right to claim
  • Representative: Allowing the original purchaser to have appearances of different levels, concurrence and relevance in the comic
  • Voting: An NFT will be transferred to you from the Brotherhood of the Key so that you start with voting power (ONLY for Protagonists and Secondaries)
  • Physical: You can claim your physical copy of Extraction: Code I.F.R.I.T. (ONLY Protagonists and Secondaries) once released (Q4 2022), and your physical copies of Norilsk Incident (Q1 2025, 4 volumes, ALL owners)
COMMEMORATIVE NFT
  • Artistic: Value for its artistic design
  • Voting: If you own one or more Commemorative NFTs and you also own NFTs from the Brotherhood of the Key, your votes count double; for example, if you have 1 Commemorative NFT and 2 Key NFTs, your vote is worth 4 points, each key is worth 2
  • Passive Income: If you have at least 1 Commemorative NFT and 1 Brotherhood of the Key NFT, you can access the Royalty Distribution Fund, which operation is detailed below
COLLECTIBLE NFT
  • Artistic: Value for its artistic design; As the project becomes popular and the audience connects with the characters, situations, places and scenes, they can be valued as collectibles
BROTHERHOOD OF THE KEY NFT
  • Voting: If you own NFTs of the Brotherhood of the Key, you will have access to the private community of the Brotherhood, as well as voting power to decide the publishing order of the chapters; each Key weighs one vote, and you can purchase as many Key NFTs as you'd like
  • Passive Income: If you have at least 1 Commemorative NFT and 1 Brotherhood of the Key NFT, you can access the Royalty Distribution Fund, which operation is detailed below

ROYALTY DISTRIBUTION FUND

The Royalty Distribution Fund seeks the purpose of generating passive income for those who support the project through certain mechanisms. Depending on the frequency, volume, and resale value of project NFTs' of all types, one of the following scenarios may occur:

  • A) The amounts and volumes are high and your fraction of the fund exceeds your initial investment, generating direct profits, apart from all the benefits you already enjoy through your NFTs
  • B) The amounts and volumes are medium and your fraction of the fund equals your initial investment, recovering it, apart from all the benefits you already enjoy through your NFTs
  • C) The amounts and volumes are low and your fraction of the fund is below your initial investment, repaying part of it, apart from all the benefits you already enjoy through your NFTs
We remind you that the main focus of this project is ARTISTIC. Nevertheless, we're happy to share part of our profits with you, as a token of appreciation for believing in us from the beginning.

Having clarified the above, it is important to note that each NFT will be minted with 10% Royalties, which will be used as follows:
  • 80% will go to the Royalty Distribution Fund
  • 20% will go to the Team, to pay/defray gas costs of monthly minting, printing and shipping of physical books and the remainder as additional income

The calculation formula is as follows:

YOUR SHARE OF THE POOL = 80% OF ANNUALIZED ROYALTIES * (YOUR NFT AMOUNT OF KEYS OF THE BROTHERHOOD / TOTAL AMOUNT OF KEYS OF THE BROTHERHOOD ISSUED SO FAR)

For example, if the fund as of JANUARY 2024 (Period January 1, 2023 to January 1, 2024) has 10,000 WOOPs, there are 200 NFTs of the Brotherhood of the Key, and you have 20 of them, you will receive 10% of the fund , that is, 1000 WOOPs.

Note that:
  • The Commemorative NFT multiplier DOES NOT APPLY to the weight ratio for Royalty distribution. The Commemorative NFT at the Passive Income level is just used to access the fund.
  • The formula for the calculation will be applied on the day of distribution; we will not keep track or track your purchases or sales of Keys during the year, if you plan to sell your keys, we suggest doing so after distribution


    • The characteristics of the Royalty Distribution Fund are the follows:

    Equivalent

    You will receive the part of the fund equivalent to your weight in votes of the NFTs of the Brotherhood of the Key that you have: The more keys you have at the time of distributing the fund (regardless of when they were purchased), the more you will receive from the Fund

    Annual

    The distribution of the funds will be made during the months of January 2023, 2024 and 2025, each accounting period being from January 1 of the current year, until January 1 of the coming year

    Manual

    The transfer transactions of your part of the fund will be done manually, through Metamask and to the BSC wallet where you have your NFTs; FZ Ideas will present a report to the Brotherhood of the Key of this information before the transfers
